The Accidental Damage Cover extends the warranty coverage of the Manufacturer's Warranty to include accidental damage that occurs during the time period that the Manufacturer's Warranty of relevant Marlyn bundle is active. 'Accidental damage' refers to breakage or failure resulting from incidents not attributable to manufacturing defects. The following examples of accidental damage are covered:
The Exclusions of the ADC coverage are outlined in Clause 4 'Exclusions'.
In order for the Accidental Damage Cover (ADC) to be considered valid, it is necessary to activate the license in the Atmos system.
The ADC also requires the payment of a fixed amount of €2,800 to be considered valid. This fee is non-refundable and grants the customer coverage as outlined in these Terms.
In the event of damage covered by the ADC, the customer is responsible for a deductible/replacement contribution. This contribution amounts to 20% of the repair cost, with a minimum of €500 and a maximum of €4,500. This contribution is payable by the customer before any repair or replacement is initiated.
